The crew of the TS-552 Cruising Comet survey team diverted from their charted course to investigate a distress beacon, only to find the ship abandoned on an uninhabited planet.
With the only traces of them being the ripped remains of their space suit and a mess of feathers, the other crew’s fate seemed grim from some kind of avian predator. Still, the survey team made the most of it, scavenging what supplies they could from the stranded vessel before taking off back on their original course.
Abby, the crew’s cook, took advantage of the newly acquired fresh ingredients to make a nice breakfast for the crew to help morale. What she didn’t know about was their stowaway, who contaminated their stock of eggs.
