After hours of unsuccessfully wandering around this abandoned dungeon, the three adventurers finally got lucky. Before them stood a golden idol in the form of a small voluptuous woman.
"Looks like old goblin craft," Talia the mage noted.
"It doesn't matter who made it, it looks valuable. We'll take it and we can finally leave". With these words, Alandra, the rogue, grabbed the idol.
At that moment, the idol shone brightly and both women felt a tickling sensation all over their bodies. Valda the barbarian watched her friends squirm as their breasts and hips expanded. However, their bodies seemed to shrink at the same time and their skin turned a greenish tint.
"It's the idol, Valda, it transforms us!" screamed Talia.
"It... it feels weird, so... ohhhh so good" exclaimed Alandra.
When the two had almost reached their goblin form, they could hear the idol speaking to them.
"Fear not. Unfortunately, the humans cannot understand the language of the goblins and we cannot speak the language of the humans. I had to transform you into one of my kind. Your friend doesn't seem vulnerable to my magic, but you two are fine. I do not belong here. Please take me to my children and my spell will be lifted. As long as I'm safe, you may return to your human form afterwards."
Talia turned to Valda: "Valda, there is a solution to help us. The idol has to..."
From that moment on, Valda could only hear confused chatter from her friends. The transformation was complete and the two were no longer able to speak human language.
"Don't worry, my friends. I can't understand you anymore, but I think I know what you wanted to tell me. A problem with a cursed idol is best solved with a big hammer!"
With these words, Valda swung her mighty warhammer to smash the idol into a thousand tiny pieces. Her two companions panicked and tried to prevent the blow, but two little goblins unfortunately have little to counter the strength of a trained barbarian.
From that day on, legends tell of a strange group of adventurers consisting of two goblins and a barbarian who roam the land looking for ways to repair some kind of magical artifact.
